At The Pawfectionist, we are dedicated to delivering your personalized pet mats quickly and safely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (USA)

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.

🇪🇺 Shipping to Europe

We offer free shipping to most European countries. Estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide! For destinations outside the USA and Europe, delivery times and shipping rates vary based on location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

🧾 Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT once the package reaches your country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update. If you do not receive it or need assistance, contact us any time.

📮 Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to most P.O. boxes; however, some shipping carriers may have limitations. If you have a specific shipping requirement, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
