1. How long does it take to process my order?

We typically process orders within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email.

2. How long is the shipping time?

USA orders usually arrive in 5–7 business days. Europe takes 10–15 days. International shipping may vary.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping for all orders within the USA and Europe.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed, we may be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Do you accept returns?

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

7. What if my item arrives damaged?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Can I preview the design before it’s made?

We don’t currently offer previews, but we ensure each design is carefully crafted using your uploaded photo.

9. How should I care for the mat?

We recommend spot-cleaning with mild detergent. Avoid machine washing to preserve the design.

10. What materials are used for the mats?

Our mats feature a durable polyester surface and a non-slip rubber backing for comfort and stability.

11. Can I add more than one pet to a mat?

Yes! Please upload clear photos of each pet and include your request in the order notes.

12. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, but some carriers may have limitations. Contact us before ordering if you're unsure.

13. What kind of photo should I upload?

Clear, high-resolution images with good lighting and visible facial features work best.

14. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times and rates may vary depending on the destination.

15. Will customs fees apply to my international order?

International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties upon delivery.

16. Are your mats suitable for outdoor use?

They are best used indoors to preserve the design, but they can be placed in covered outdoor areas.

17. Do you offer gift options?

We currently do not offer gift wrapping, but our mats make thoughtful and heartfelt gifts!

18. Can I apply a discount code?

Yes! Enter valid discount codes during checkout before completing your purchase.

19. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
